1) Due to the legal nature of the work involved, and the involvement of solicitors, all procedures adopted by must comply with the laws of England and Wales`.

2) In addition to the purchase price the purchaser will be responsible for Solicitors transfer fees of £400 sterling. All payments are to be paid to the Solicitor.

3) Currency conversion will be credited for foreign monies at the prevailing rate on the day that they are converted into sterling, and copies of the bank advice will be forwarded to the purchaser upon request. Any shortfall shall be paid on demand.

4) Payment may be made by personal UK cheque, UK Building Society cheque, UK Company cheque, Solicitor's client account cheque or bank transfer. Overseas cheques will not be accepted except by prior arrangement with the solicitor. Cheques will be made payable to the solicitor and forwarded to Noble Titles. Direct transfers can be made to the solicitor's client account.

5) Purchasers of Titles must not (without permission) themselves, or by any third party, copy, make use of, or establish a business selling or offering in any way shape or form, any full or part service providing Manor Titles or any other titles, as this would be an infringement of our Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright.

6) The purchaser(s) understands and accepts that all Titles provided, do not include any feudal rights, manorial, or other rights, unless clearly stated in writing, and are based on historical research of manorial, feudal, agricultural, survey maps, domesday records, historical manuscripts, genealogical & historical data bases, recognised historical reference books, County & Public reference Offices, and archives; backed by legal notice, declarations together with copyright documentation.

7) It is Guaranteed that all searches, together with legal notices, revealed no other claim to the rights to the "styled titled name or legend" claimed, ensuring rights to the Title offered is not currently held by a living person, and therefore, deemed the incorporeal property of Noble Titles.

8) The purchaser(s) understand and accepts that all Titles provided, do not include Coats of Arms, which are derived from family Arms.

9) The purchaser(s) understand and accept that all "Titles" provided, are 'incorporeal' (property rights) allowing the use of the styled titled name Lord of the Manor of *****.

10) Correct form of Address: 'Arthur John Smith' Lord of the Manor of "London". Whilst this is to be used for legal purposes, in the same context that we don't use middle names when introducing ourselves, or on letters or business cards, modern day names & titles are often abbreviated, this practice is known as 'Custom & practice' i.e.: Lord "London" or Lord of "London". This practice is permitted providing that the use of the 'styled titled name' is not to be used to purport to be a peer of the realm, or to deceive in any way. Noble Titles does not purport to sell peerages or titles of dignity. This conforms with 'right to peaceful enjoyment of possession as laid down by the substantive law of the European Convention of Human Rights: first protocol-Article1.

11) Whilst every effort is made by our dedicated team of researchers to ensure the validity and accuracy of all title transactions, by means of thorough searches of all data available at the time of processing, in the extremely unlikely event that a title should be the subject of a prior claim, Noble Titles will give the purchaser a full refund, and as a gesture of goodwill (without prejudice) another title of equal status at 50% of the retail value, & free of solicitor transfer charges.

12) Styled titled names provided are not to be used to commit fraud, or mislead with the intent to commit any offence or obtain money by deception. Noble Titles hereby takes no responsibility for and disassociates itself from any such practice.
